  • Penn Standard Broadleaf (9"x42) - Dark, genuine Pennsylvania-grown Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, an oily beauty with some nice mottling and tooth that will have you drooling – a preview of things to come. The binder is Habano-seed Esteli-grown leaf; the multi-country fillers are a recipe of Habano Esteli and Habano Condega grown in the jet black volcanic soils of Nicaragua together with Habano Copan from Honduras. On the opening, there’s nice sweetness on the lips with a refined flavor that’s smooth and almost chocolatey together with some spices, yet zero bite and no harshness.

  • Penn Standard Gold Standard (9"x42) -  Hailing from Raymond Pages and his Tabacalera Pages factory, Penn Standard Gold is draped in a grade-A Connecticut Ecuador wrapper and it is positively gorgeous. Seamless and beautiful with a golden color, slightly oily sheen, and attractive toothiness. A roll between the thumb and forefinger tells you this lovely stick is going to be a treat.
